Shot on Malibu Pier for The Sydney Morning Herald...I was very lucky with the weather since photographing a gothic novelist in blazing sunshine would not be ideal. Thank god for the marine layer.....this was a labour of love for Helen Pitt, the writer who waited months to get this interview. Big Sunday is a huge charity day here in Los Angeles. This year I covered five events, which is a bit crazy running from one location to the next....its nice to see so many people trying to do something for the community though....
