Kendo

Kendo is the japanese sport of sword fighting, but with bamboo substituting for the swords.....I came to this shoot after having seen Seven Samurai on TV a few nights before, for about the three hundredth time.

I was babbling about it to two very bemused swordsmen..I think they thought I was slightly deranged. Also I can totally see where the light sabres in Star Wars came from!
